About Me

I have been a musician since age 3 (the earliest I can remember) and have always been experimenting with sound and frequencies, exploring their effects on matter.  I studied classical performance in piano and guitar, and began teaching music by age 16, and performed in my first rock band at age 16 playing keyboard and guitar where we played in local pubs and bars.  I am a multi-instrumentalist as I love music so much, I play strings, woodwinds, percussion, and sound healing instruments and sing!

.  I was so excited to discover Globe Institute, a sound healing college in California founded by musician David Gibson, who I studied directly with among many other talented instructors, and graduated from their program, certifying me as a Sound Therapist.  I am currently a professional musician, teaching and have been performing music for over 30 years.

I have many ongoing interests and love exploring continuing education.  Some of my accomplishments are; Reiki Master and Teacher through the Canadian Reiki Association (CRA) and the International Centre for Reiki Training (ICRT). Diploma in traditional Meditation through Fabulous Body in California,  Certified Mindfulness Practitioner and Life Coach through Achology in Scotland, Certified Crystal Healer through the Hibiscus Moon Crystal Academy in Florida, and Grief Movement Guide certified by Paul Denniston.  I am also a Professional Member of the International Gem Society with designations 

Jade Specialist, Citrine Specialist and Diamond Specialist,  and currently pursuing Sapphire Specialist designation.

I am currently studying the effects of sound and music on the body in further detail, specifically the reduction of anxiety and stress, but also how frequencies can be used to combat disease and illnesses, as well as to further help with autism and ADHD, which I have personally experienced the benefits.

With my certification in nutrition, I am exploring the frequencies of food and essential oils, and learning how to incorporate them into a healing experience for myself personally so I can share this with my clients..

I also love to draw and paint, and will post my art throughout my website, and I also love photography and practiced it professionally for a few years.  All photos on my site were taken by me, except for the ones with me in them of course :)
