Step into the stillness of the salt cave and discover what happens when rhythm, sound and vibration come together.

This is an immersive 60-minute experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and experience the simple, powerful joy of making music together.

No musical experience is needed.  There are no complicated rhythms to learn and no "right" or "wrong" way to play.  Instead, you'll be gently guided into rhythm using hand drums, allowing the sounds and rhythms to naturally build, interact and connect.

For this special Symphony of Salt experience, Angela of Body of Sound will be performing live sound healing harp music within the salt cave, creating a gentle, atmospheric soundscape designed to support deep relaxation, presence and stillness.

Surrounded by the natural beauty of the salt cave, you’ll be invited to settle in, breathe deeply and simply receive. 

There is nothing you need to learn or do. Simply get comfortable, close your eyes if you wish, and let the sounds wash over you.
