Join me for a one-hour immersive sound bath inside the tranquil atmosphere of Nature's Salt Cave in Guelph. Surrounded by the soft glow of Himalayan salt, you'll be guided by sound frequencies into deep relaxation as the pure tones of perfectly tuned crystal singing bowls wash over you and through you - balancing body, mind, and soul. Alongside the bowls, I'll weave in the gentle resonances of other instruments to create a rich, layered soundscape that invites calm, clarity, and inner renewal. This is a time to rest, release and realign with your natural harmony.
