Rest & Receive is a 3-day immersive retreat designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself in a deeply nourishing way. Set just outside of Durham Ontario, this intimate gathering takes place in a historic century home surrounded by winter stillness and nature's quiet beauty. Over two restful nights, you'll be held in a supportive container of guided breathwork, Reiki, Greenwood Baths, and lovingly prepared meals, offering space to unwind, reflect, and truly rest your nervous system.
On Saturday, guests will be invited into a healing sound bath experience, where vibration and frequency are used to support deep relaxation, emotional release, and inner alignment. This sound journey designed by Angela Churchill, is created to help the body settle, quiet the mind, and open the heart chakra, allowing you to receive on a cellular level.
With plenty of unstructured time woven throughout the retreat, Rest & Receive offers a gentle balance of guided healing and spaciousness, inviting you to leave feeling restored, grounded, and reconnected to yourself. Investment $747 per person.

Grounded In The Green is a 60-minute immersive experience held in the warmth and beauty of the greenhouse at Royal City Nursery.
We begin with 45 minutes of alignment-focused yoga designed to support healthy posture, improve flexibility, and build steady, functional balance. Through mindful movement and intentional breath, you'll strengthen stabilizing muscles, release tension patterns, and create more ease in the way you move through daily life.
Surrounded by thriving plants, you may even experience subtle live plant music woven gently into the practice - an organic soundscape that deepens your connection to the living world around you.
The final 15 minutes transition into a restorative sound bath with resonant tones inviting your nervous system to soften, integrate, and recalibrate.

Let the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and my gentle ocean drum guide you into a deep state of relaxation and renewal. Each session is crafted to release tension, restore balance, and open your senses to the healing power of sound. The rich resonance of the ocean drum combined with the shimmering overtones of the crystal bowls and chimes, creates a layered, immersive experience that nourishes both body and spirit. After this immersive sound journey, you will leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and inspired, carrying the calm and clarity of the session with you into your day.

Join me for a meditative sound bath held inside the tranquil embrace of a Himalayan salt cave. As you rest comfortably, you'll be bathed in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gentle tonal instruments designed to calm the nervous system and invite the body into balance.
The salt cave's mineral-rich microclimate supports respiratory health and relaxation, while the layered frequencies of sound, work on a subtle level to release tension, quiet the mind ,and reconnect you with your inner rhythm.

Usui Reiki Level 1&2 Certification - Two-Weekend Immersive/May 2-3 & May 9-10
Join me for a deeply grounded, heart-centred Reiki training experience in an intimate home setting in Guelph Ontario.
This four-day immersion is designed to give you time to truly integrate the teachings - rather than rushing through them. Spreading Level 1 and Level 2 over two weekends allows space for embodiment, practice, reflection, and real confidence in your abilities.
Textbooks will be provided, and certifications are through The Canadian Reiki Association or The International Center For Reiki Training (your choice)
Weekend One: Reiki Level 1 - Foundations
May 2nd&3rd - 4 hours per day - 9am to 1pm
Reiki Level 1 focuses on self-healing, grounding and learning to work with energy in a tangible, embodied way.
You will receive:
• The Level 1 Attunement
• Introduction to the history and principles of Reiki
• Hand positions for self-treatment and treating others
• Understanding the chakra system
• Practice time with guidance and feedback
• Integration discussion and Q&A
Level 1 builds your relationship with Reiki as a personal healing practice first - strengthening your nervous system, intuition, and energetic awareness.
Weekend Two: Reiki Level 2 - Practitioner Training
May 9th&10th - 4 hours per day - 9am to 1pm
Reiki Level 2 deepens your work and expands your capacity.
You will receive:
• The Level 2 attunement
• Sacred Reiki symbols and how to use them
• Distance healing techniques
• Mental/emotional healing applications
• Client session structure and practitioner ethics
• Supervised practice and feedback
Level 2 supports you in stepping into Reiki as a practitioner - whether professionally or in service to family and community.
Class size will be kept to 6 students max to allow for full integration and understanding
