Initial Consultation

This one hour session will analyze the frequencies in your body, identifying weak frequencies and vibrations that might be over-active or under-active. During this session you will learn what your overall individual frequency is - your "home note”.  

You will receive suggestions on frequency matched tools to use such as essential oils, colours, flowers gemstones etc, as well as some music suggestions to listen to in the same frequencies to encourage you back into balance. 

This one hour session will  encourage you and your body back into balance.  Using tuning forks calibrated to the Earth frequencies, this session requires you to be comfortably clothed, laying down on a clinic table where you will experience the sensations of these frequencies penetrating deep into body tissues to rebalance, re-tune, and increase energy flow.  This technique also stimulates the immune system and offers lymphatic support, as well as clearing stuck energy.

Healing frequencies that match your specific needs will be used to compose a  20-30 min "song"  that will be delivered to you electronically.  A 30 min meeting, face to face either in-person or on Zoom will be required so I can determine which frequencies are needed.  Allow 2-3 weeks time for the finished composition.   I do try to make these sound as good as possible, but it is still sound medicine, not music. It can be played continuously in the background of your day, or actively listened to.

A one hour group concert, where you relax and enjoy the sounds as I play my sound healing instruments for you, including my chakra crystal bowls in tune with the specific frequencies of the chakras, and in tune with each other.  I will incorporate other sound healing instruments to bring you to a state of mindfulness while calming and relaxing the nervous system.   Sound Baths will be held in workshop settings, check my Events Page for more details, or contact me to book an event locally.

This private one hour session can be in-person or online.  I will analyze your posture, and we will work on balancing muscle groups to help stabilize your new posture, tone and strengthen weak muscles, and relax and balance over worked muscles.  Great for people who sit at a computer daily, as well as musicians who struggle with repetitive injuries.  Check my Events Page for upcoming classes.

 In this one hour session, I will guide you through a series ofmovements designed to release deep, stuck emotions.  This course is not for everyone, and please understand it is very activating.  When I took the training to be able to facilitate private and group workshops, I did not expect to experience the deep release of stuck, old emotions that came up!  Truly a remarkable experience, but please understand it is not an easy one, but is a rewarding one!  Check my Events Page for workshops.
